About RO-CCH

The Romanian Cyber Care Health - RO-CCH project supports cybersecurity resilience in the Romanian healthcare system and healthcare institutions that have been under stress in recent years, especially following the COVID-19 crisis, in order to limit the damage caused by cybersecurity incidents that have affected healthcare institutions and healthcare service providers.

The overall objective of the project is to reduce cybersecurity risks and raise awareness, in order to increase patient safety and trust in the Romanian healthcare system and institutions.

The project promotes the exchange of good practices among the cybersecurity and healthcare communities, in order to increase awareness of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, as well as the exchange of tools, methods, organizational and management practices, with the overall aim of defining collaborative interdisciplinary schemes, adapted to this environment. Healthcare stakeholders can thus define the basis of cybersecurity competencies applicable in the healthcare sector across the European Union.
