The Romanian Cyber Care Health (RO-CCH) project team participated in the DefCamp 2024 conference, organized in Cluj-Napoca. DefCamp 2024 brought together over 400 cybersecurity specialists to discuss the most current challenges and opportunities in this sector.

The implementation team had the opportunity to discuss with cybersecurity specialists, on topics relevant to the project objectives.

The RO-CCH project aims to support the cyber resilience of the Romanian healthcare system and healthcare institutions, which have been under continuous stress in recent years, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The project’s goal is to reduce cybersecurity risks within the critical infrastructure for patient safety and care, while also aiming to increase overall trust in the healthcare system.

In a short time, these meetings turned into the most important hacking and cybersecurity conferences in Central and Eastern Europe.
