THE FUTURE OF HEALTH, CONVERGENCE BETWEEN MEDICINE AND TECHNOLOGY

Timișoara, 17 October, 2024

On October 17, the RO-CCH project team participated in Timișoara at the event "THE FUTURE OF HEALTH, THE CONVERGENCE BETWEEN MEDICINE AND TECHNOLOGY" organized by AGENDA ROMÂNIA 4.0, a series of conferences on various topics that continues with a new edition dedicated to the future of health!

Together with top guests from the industry, students and representatives from the academic environment, we explored how the convergence of medicine and new technologies can transform the health system.

Important topics for the field were debated, such as telemedicine and its impact in rural areas, the use of surgical robots in hospitals, cybersecurity for the protection of patient data and the importance of preparing future doctors for the digital age. Education, research and technology are the keys to the future of health.

About the event

The event is part of the Agenda Romania 4.0 debate series, itinerant events, organized together with universities in the country, interested companies and catalyst organizations, with the aim of giving a voice to the academic and business environment to debate the future of key areas of development in Romania.
